Kkalpana Industries (India) Ltd, a leading company in the plastic industry, has approved a scheme of arrangement with its wholly owned subsidiary, Ddev Plastiks Industries Limited. The scheme involves the transfer of the Compounding Business Undertaking of the company to Ddev Plastiks Industries Limited on a going concern basis.
