Kkalpana Plastick Ltd has announced that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for promoters, directors, designated persons, and immediate relatives of designated persons, effective from April 01, 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
