Kkalpana Plastick: Open Offer Completed, Promoter Change

Kkalpana Plastick Ltd announced the completion of its open offer, as approved by the Board of Directors on October 27, 2026. Mr. Ashish Begwani will assume control and be classified as the Promoter, effective upon the transfer of shares, expected by November 3, 2026. Consequently, existing promoters Bbigplas Poly Private Limited and Mrs. Sarla Surana will be reclassified to the 'Public' category. The Board also approved the appointment of Ms. Ayesha Begwani as Managing Director and Mr. Ashish Begwani as Non-Executive Director, along with several independent directors and Mr. Manish Kumar Jain as Chief Financial Officer, all effective November 3, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also took on record the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
