Bharat Global Developers Ltd Closes Trading Window for Securities Dealing

Bharat Global Developers Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during this period.
