Bharat Global Developers Submits Revised Q3 FY26 Results; Reports ₹38.47 Lakh Loss

Bharat Global Developers Ltd (formerly KKRRAFTON DEVELOPERS LIMITED) has submitted its revised unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. This submission rectifies previous discrepancies where the PDF filing was not in IND-AS format. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company reported a loss of ₹38.47 lakhs from continuing operations, with basic and diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) at ( ₹0.04). The company also noted that XBRL figures for EPS are being submitted separately. The Audit Committee and Board of Directors approved these results on February 13, 2026.
