Knowledge Marine Secures 5-Year, ₹ 9,69,51,470 Contract from New Mangalore Port Authority

Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd (KMEW) has been awarded a work order from the New Mangalore Port Authority (NMPT) for hiring a RSV Type IV Security Patrol Boat with a minimum speed of 25 knots. The contract is for a period of five years and is valued at ₹ 9,69,51,470 (Nine Crores Sixty-Nine Lakh Fifty-One Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Rupees Only). This contract does not fall under related party transactions and no promoter/promoter group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the contract.
