Knowledge Realty Trust Approves ₹500 Cr Commercial Paper Issuance

Knowledge Realty Trust, through its Manager Office Management Services Private Limited, has approved the issuance of 10,000 listed, rated, redeemable commercial papers. The aggregate principal amount is ₹500 crore, with a face value of ₹5,00,000 each. These commercial papers will have a tenor of 88 days from the allotment date of August 10, 2026, and will be issued at a discount on a private placement basis. The Commercial Papers are proposed to be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of BSE Limited. This move is part of the company's ongoing debt financing activities.
