Knowledge Realty Trust has submitted a compliance certificate confirming the full utilization of proceeds from its Commercial Papers (CPs). The aggregate principal amount of INR 500 Crores, issued on May 12, 2026, has been used for disclosed purposes as per the Key Information Document. The Trust also confirmed adherence to listing conditions specified in the SEBI Master Circular. This disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI Master Circular no.
