Knowledge Realty Trust to Raise Up to ₹1100 Cr via Debt

Knowledge Realty Trust plans to raise up to ₹600 Cr through non-convertible debentures and up to ₹500 Cr through commercial papers, both on a private placement basis. The decision was approved by the Borrowing Committee of Knowledge Realty Office Management Services Private Limited, the Manager to Knowledge Realty Trust, on April 27, 2026. The funds will be raised in one or more transactions, series, or tranches from eligible investors.
