HDFC Mutual Fund Reduces KNR Construction Stake by 2.10%

HDFC Mutual Fund has disclosed a decrease in its shareholding in KNR Construction Limited. As of August 14, 2026, the aggregate holding of HDFC Mutual Fund schemes in KNR Construction has reduced by 2.10%, bringing their total stake to 3.34% of the company's paid-up equity share capital. This disclosure is made in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Previously, on November 11, 2025, their holding was 5.45%. The total paid-up equity share capital of KNR Construction remains Rs. 56,24,69,200/-, comprising 28,12,34,600 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
