KNR Constructions Sells SPV for ₹485.86 Cr

KNR Constructions Limited has divested its entire equity share capital in its subsidiary, KNR Guruvayur Infra Private Limited (KGIPL), to Indus Infra Trust. The company had invested ₹193.32 crore in KGIPL. The transaction yielded a consideration of ₹485.86 crore. KGIPL contributed 8.79% to consolidated turnover and 7.93% to consolidated net worth as of March 31, 2026. The Share Purchase Agreements were executed on December 24, 2025, and the sale was completed on September 17, 2026. Indus Infra Trust is a publicly listed infrastructure investment trust and is not related to KNR's promoter group.
