Kohinoor Foods Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until After Q4 and Year Ended March 31, 2026 Results

Kohinoor Foods Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders. The closure will commence from April 01, 2026 and will last until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 to the Stock Exchanges. This decision prohibits all Directors, Designated employees, Insiders and their immediate relatives from engaging in any transactions involving securities of the Company during the closure period.
