Kohinoor Foods Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from January 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. This decision is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and its amendments. The closure of the trading window prohibits all Directors, Designated employees, Insiders, and their immediate relatives from engaging in any transactions involving securities of the company during this period.
