Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd., a leading Pune-based real estate player, announced its un-audited results for the third quarter and nine-month ended 31st December 2025. The company achieved its highest-ever quarterly collections of Rs. 709 Cr, growing 19% QoQ and 25% YoY. The realizations reached an all-time high of Rs. 8,726 per Sq. Ft. in Q3 FY26. The company acquired projects with an aggregate GDV of ~Rs. 2,250 Cr (~3 Mn Sq. Ft.) during the period.
