Blackstone Real Estate Partners Announce Open Offer for Kolte-Patil Developers Shares at INR 329 Each

Blackstone Real Estate Partners, along with BREP Asia III India Holding Co VII Pte. Ltd. and Blackstone Real Estate Partners (Offshore) X.TE-F (AIV) L.P., have announced an open offer for acquisition of up to 2,30,56,825 fully paid-up equity shares of Kolte-Patil Developers Limited at a price of INR 329 per share. The open offer represents 26% of the emerging voting capital of the company and is valued at INR 758,56,95,425. The tendering period for the offer is from August 22, 2025, to September 9, 2025.
