Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. Posts Highest-Ever Annual Total Income of Rs. 1,764 Crore and Annual Collections of Rs. 2,432 Crore in FY25

Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd., a leading Pune-based real estate player, has announced its audited results for the fourth quarter and full year ended 31 March 2025. The company reported a highest-ever annual total income of Rs. 1,764 crore, representing a year-over-year (YoY) growth of 27%. Annual collections stood at Rs. 2,432 crore, reflecting a YoY growth of 18%. The company's EBITDA for FY25 was Rs. 227 crore, marking a significant YoY growth of 252%. FY25 sales value was reported at Rs. 2,791 crore. During the fiscal year, the company launched projects with a GDV of approximately Rs. 4,000 crore and acquired a 22-acre joint development project in Pune with an expected GDV of ~Rs. 4,000 crore.
