Kolte-Patil Developers' Merger Application Rejected by Ministry of Corporate Affairs

Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. has announced that their application for a fast track merger with Kolte-Patil Integrated Townships Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary company, has been rejected by the office of the Hon’ble Regional Director, Western Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Mumbai. The company had filed the application on 30 November 2024 under Section 233 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 25 of the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016. The company is currently evaluating the next steps and recourse in this matter.
