Kolte-Patil Q1 FY27 Sales ₹617 Cr, Collections Up 30% YoY

Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. reported operational performance for Q1 FY27, with sales value at ₹617 crore, remaining stable year-on-year. Collections surged by 30% YoY to ₹715 crore, driven by sustained execution and customer confidence. Average realizations improved by 29% YoY to ₹9,442 per sq. ft., attributed to strategic price revisions and a higher contribution from Mumbai projects. The company launched approximately 0.78 million sq. ft. during the quarter, with its flagship Life Republic township contributing ₹212 crore to sales. Mumbai market accounted for about 30% of the total sales value. The company also highlighted its ongoing transformation journey, ASCEND, aimed at enhancing agility and performance.
