Konark Synthetic Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the company had previously closed its trading window for designated employees and directors from July 1, 2026. This window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, extending to August 16, 2026.
