Team24 Foods and Beverages Pvt Ltd has acquired a 54.58% stake in Kore Foods Limited through a preferential allotment of 1,40,00,000 equity shares. This acquisition was made in compliance with the Disclosures under Regulation 29(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition took place on 20-11-2024, with the total equity share capital of Kore Foods Limited standing at Rs. 25,65,00,000/- post-acquisition.
