
Kotak Mahindra Bank Announces Results: FY25 Consolidated PAT at INR 22,126 Crore, Up 21% YoY
Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced its audited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The consolidated PAT for FY25 increased by 21% YoY to INR 22,126 crore, including a gain on divestment of KGI of INR 3,013 crore. The standalone PAT for FY25 increased by 19% YoY to INR 16,450 crore. The Bank's networth as at March 31, 2025 was INR 157,395 crore, and the Book Value per Share was INR 792, up 21% YoY. The Bank's standalone Return on Assets (ROA) for FY25 was 2.65% (including gains on KGI) and 2.21% (excluding gains on KGI). The Capital Adequacy Ratio of the Bank, as per Basel Ill, as at March 31, 2025 was 22.2% and CET1 ratio of 21.1%. The Board of Directors of the Bank has recommended a dividend of INR 2.50 per equity share having face value of INR 5, for the year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of shareholders.
