Kothari Industrial Corp: Contract Value Up 25% to ₹4.58 Cr

Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd announced an amendment to its service contract with Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai. The amendment increases the original agreement quantity by 25%, raising the contract value from ₹3,66,87,442.80 to ₹4,58,59,303.50 (inclusive of 18% GST). This represents an increase of ₹91,71,860.70. The tentative completion date has been extended to March 8, 2027, with an additional 75 working days, bringing the total to 375 working days. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged.
