Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Integral Coach Factory (ICF) Chennai for a service contract. The contract involves hiring 3 Ton & 5 Ton forklift trucks with drivers, fuel, and associated staff for the movement of coach items in the Furnishing Division Shops. The total contract value is approximately ₹9.45 Crore and is to be executed within 580 days from June 27, 2026. The company has confirmed that the promoter/promoter group/group companies do not have any interest in ICF, and the contract does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions.
