Kothari Industrial Corp Wins ₹1.87 Cr in Tamil Nadu School Breakfast Scheme Contracts

Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited has secured two Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) from municipalities in Tamil Nadu to provide food services for the Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Morning Breakfast Scheme. The contracts, awarded by Keelakarai Municipality for ₹1.48 crore and Thirupathur Municipality for ₹3.86 crore, involve supplying food to school children. The Thirupathur contract has a duration of three years. The company is required to furnish security deposits and execute agreements before formal work orders are issued. These are domestic contracts and do not involve promoter group interests.
