Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd Amends MOA to Include Waste Management, Logistics, Steel Manufacturing, Battery Production, FMCG, Food Services, and Paper Production

Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd has amended its Memorandum of Association (MOA) to include a diverse range of new business activities. These include waste management, logistics and facility management, steel manufacturing, battery production, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing, food services, and paper production. The waste management segment will cover all types of waste, including municipal solid waste, liquid waste, hazardous waste, e-waste, biomedical waste, industrial waste, construction & demolition debris, plastic waste, and organic waste. The company will also establish, operate, and maintain waste treatment facilities, composting plants, waste-to-energy plants, and recycling units. In the logistics and facility management sector, the company will provide integrated logistics, transportation, and facility management solutions. The steel manufacturing segment will include the production of value-added steel products, research and development in metallurgy, alloy composition, manufacturing processes, product design, corrosion resistance, and performance enhancement. The battery production segment will focus on Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) encapsulated cells/ batteries. Energy Storage Systems, and battery components. The FMCG segment will cover all kinds of fast-moving consumer goods, and the food services segment will include restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, fast food outlets, food trucks, eateries, food courts, bakeries, confectioneries, sweet shops, catering services, canteens, and cloud kitchens. Lastly, the paper production segment will include the manufacture, process, conversion, print, trade, import, export, and deal in paper, paperboard, craft paper, specialty papers, corrugated boxes, cartons, packaging materials, containers, bags, wrappers, labels, and allied products.
