Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd has executed a Non-Binding Letter of Intent (LOI) on 05.02.2026 with Kickers International BV / Royer Group of Companies. The potential business joint venture in India involves the acquisition of Kickers brand intellectual property rights for certain markets and/or acquisition of equity stake in a proposed entity holding global Kickers brand IP rights. The LOI is non-binding and the execution of definitive agreements will be subject to completion of due diligence, independent valuation, approvals of the Board and shareholders, and necessary statutory and regulatory approvals. The company will make appropriate disclosures to the Stock Exchanges as and when any material development or binding decision occurs.
