Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd. to Acquire Trademarks and Assets in Strategic Footwear Division Expansion

Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd. has authorized its Chairman & Managing Director to finalize agreements for the acquisition of trademarks ‘Jeetlo’ and ‘Zodiz’ and other sub brands from Zyf Tex Private Limited, Zaimus International Private Limited, and Zaimus Trends Private Limited. The Company also plans to formalize a business arrangement with Zaimus Trends Private Limited for sourcing, manufacturing, supply, and brand management of footwear products bearing these trademarks. Additionally, the Company will acquire tangible assets from Zaimus Trends Private Limited. These agreements are part of the Company’s strategic business expansion and trademark consolidation initiative in the footwear division.
