Kothari Industrial in Talks to Acquire Iconic French Footwear Brand Kickers, Pending Board Approval

Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd. (KICL) has announced that it is in talks to acquire the Kickers brand. The decision is pending approval from the Board of Directors and is subject to completion of due diligence and other statutory and contractual formalities. There are no regulatory or legal proceedings initiated or pending in connection with the matter. KICL confirms that there is no information or event pending for disclosure to the Stock Exchange under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as on date. The company will make appropriate disclosures to the Stock Exchange(s) in accordance with applicable regulations after approval of the Board of Directors and upon finalization of any binding agreement, if and when such event occurs.
