Kotyark Industries Board Approves Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Kotyark Industries Limited announced that its Board of Directors has considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026. The approval was granted during a Board Meeting held on September 07, 2026. The financial results were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard 34 (Ind AS 34) and comply with SEBI Listing Regulations. A Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors was also approved and submitted.
