KMCH Recommends 150% Final Dividend, ₹15 Per Share

Kovai Medical Center & Hospital Ltd's board has recommended a final dividend of 150%, which is ₹15 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The record date for determining dividend entitlement is set for August 19, 2026. The 40th Annual General Meeting will be held on August 26, 2026, with a book closure from August 20 to August 26, 2026. The board also approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed Mr.V.Sakthivel as Cost Auditor and Mr.G.Jawaharlal as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
