Kovai Medical Center & Hospital Ltd Launches 'KMCH Institute of Neuro Sciences & OPD Block' and 'KMCH Medical College Post Graduate Institute'

Kovai Medical Center & Hospital Ltd has announced the launch of 'KMCH Institute of Neuro Sciences & OPD Block' and 'KMCH Medical College Post Graduate Institute' at their campus located at 99, Avanashi road, Coimbatore. The new block will be equipped with ultra-modern surgical theatres, neuro ICUs, master health checkups, and OPDs. The company has an existing bed capacity of 2086 nos. as of December 2025 and the new block will accommodate mainly OPDs, master health checkup, operation theatres, and ICUs. The proposed capacity is to be added over the course of 3 months with an investment of approximately Rs. 120 crore, which will be financed through internal accruals and bank borrowings. This initiative is expected to open up a new era for brain, spine, and nerve healthcare.
