Kovalam Investment Trading Window Closed for Q1 FY27 Results

Kovalam Investment & Trading Company Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. The window will be closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and three months ending June 30, 2026. The date of the board meeting to consider these results will be announced later. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
