Kovilpatti Lakshmi Roller Flour Mills Ltd announced key management and operational updates following a Board of Directors meeting on October 28, 2026. Sri. R. Nandagopal has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Foods division for a period of one year, effective from October 28, 2026. Additionally, the company approved an expansion of its solar power generating capacity by adding 0.7 MW at Puducherry, increasing the total capacity from 5 MW to 5.7 MW. This expansion, with an estimated capital outlay of ₹4.25 to ₹4.50 crores, is intended for captive consumption by the foods division and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2027, aiming for substantial savings in power costs.
