K.P. Energy Secures 42 MW Hybrid Project LOI in Karnataka

K.P. Energy Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Emmvee Energy Private Limited for a 42 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project in Karnataka. The project comprises 21 MW of wind capacity and 21 MWp of solar capacity, intended to meet the captive power needs of Emmvee Energy's manufacturing facilities. This marks K.P. Energy's entry into Karnataka and strengthens its position in the Group Captive and C&I segments. The execution timeline will be mutually agreed upon in a definitive agreement.
