KP Green Engineering Appoints MSKC & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors

KP Green Engineering Limited announced the appointment of MSKC & Associates LLP, a member firm of BDO International, as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 25th AGM until the conclusion of the 30th AGM (expected in 2031), subject to shareholder approval. The current auditors, K A Sanghavi & Co LLP, will continue until the conclusion of the 25th AGM. The company also amended its 'Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information' to align with SEBI regulations.
