KP Green Engineering: Re-appoints Auditors, Declares ₹0.30 Dividend

KP Green Engineering Ltd's board re-appointed RHA & Co. as Internal Auditor and V.M. Patel & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27. The board also approved the audited financial results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified opinion from K A Sanghavi & Co LLP. A final dividend of ₹0.30 per equity share was recommended for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Karan Rupda was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective May 9, 2026.
