KPI Green Energy Limited Incorporates New Special Purpose Vehicle for Renewable Energy Generation

KPI Green Energy Limited has informed the exchange about the incorporation of a new Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), named ‘KPIN Clean Power Two LLP’. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs approved the incorporation on June 28, 2025. The SPV, with a total contribution of Rs. 99,000/- from KPI Green Energy Limited and Rs. 1,000/- from its subsidiary, KPark Sunbeat Private Limited, is set to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sale, supply any kind of power or electrical energy using wind energy, solar energy or other renewable sources of energy.
