KPIT: NSE & BSE approve reclassification of 2 promoters to public

KPIT Technologies Ltd has received approval from both NSE and BSE on April 29, 2026, for the reclassification of two promoters, Mr. Ajay Bhagwat and Ms. Ashwini Bhagwat, to the 'Public' category. The application for this reclassification was initially submitted on February 2, 2026. Mr. Ajay Shridhar Bhagwat held 2,203,539 shares (0.80% of total capital), and Ms. Ashwini Ajay Bhagwat (jointly held) held 43,300 shares (0.02%). Cumulatively, the outgoing promoters held 2,246,839 shares, representing 0.82% of the company's total capital. This reclassification is in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
