KPIT Technologies Appoints Dr. Nirmala Pandit as Director, Reappoints Bhavna Doshi

KPIT Technologies Ltd. announced board approvals for key management changes and financial results. Dr. Nirmala Pandit has been appointed as an Additional and Non-Independent Non-Executive Director for a three-year term, effective July 29, 2026, succeeding the late Mr. S. B. (Ravi) Pandit. The board also approved the reappointment of Ms. Bhavna Doshi as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, starting September 15, 2026. Additionally, the company will announce its un-audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with an unqualified auditor's opinion. Mr. Anant Talaulicar has been appointed as Chairman for the upcoming 9th Annual General Meeting.
