KPIT Technologies Approves Q1 FY27 Un-audited Results, Appoints New Director

KPIT Technologies Ltd. announced its un-audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Dr. Nirmala Pandit as an Additional and Non-Independent Non-Executive Director for a three-year term, effective July 29, 2026. This appointment follows the demise of Co-founder and Chairman, Mr. S. B. (Ravi) Pandit, and aims to strengthen continuity and stewardship. Additionally, Mr. Anant Talaulicar was appointed Chairman of the upcoming 9th Annual General Meeting, and Ms. Bhavna Doshi was reappointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term.
