KPIT Technologies Ltd Renegotiates Caresoft Acquisition to US$157 Million

KPIT Technologies Ltd has updated the total consideration amount for the acquisition of Caresoft to US$157 Million, down from US$191 Million. The adjustment was made in light of customary closing conditions and changes in the macro business environment. The company had previously infused EURO 28 million and USD 28 million into KPIT Technologies (UK) Limited and KPIT Technologies Holding Inc, USA, respectively. On August 15, 2025, KPIT Technologies (UK) Limited and KPIT Technologies Inc, USA paid the initial consideration of USD 51 million for 100% equity shares of Caresoft Global Technologies, Inc. USA, Caresoft Engineering Services Limited, UK, and CAREGLOTECH de RL de CV Mexico. Additionally, KPIT Technologies (UK) Limited has paid USD 6 million for acquiring 100% equity shares of OXI SRL Italy.
