KPIT Technologies Ltd Schedules 9th AGM for August 31, 2026

KPIT Technologies Ltd has announced its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. IST, conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting will address the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. A final dividend of ₹5.25 per equity share (52.5%) is recommended, in addition to the interim dividend of ₹2.25 per share. Key agenda items include the reappointment of Mr. Kishor Patil as a director and special resolutions to approve the continuation of remuneration limits for Non-Executive Directors (2% of net profits) and Executive Directors (8% individually, 15% collectively) for a further five-year period starting FY 2026-27. The cut-off date for e-voting entitlement is August 24, 2026.
