Qualcomm Joins KPIT & ZF as Strategic Shareholder in Qorix GmbH, a Joint Venture for Software-Defined Vehicles

Qualcomm Ventures LLC has been introduced as a third shareholder in Qorix GmbH, a joint venture between KPIT Technologies Limited and ZF Friedrichshafen AG. This partnership aims to strengthen Qorix GmbH's position as a leading provider of middleware solutions for Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs). Qualcomm has the option to increase its shareholding up to Euro 10 million. This development is in line with the industry's movement toward the SDV approach, delivering high performance, pre-integrated and scalable solutions designed to enable OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to develop next generation vehicles faster and efficiently.
