KPIT Technologies Sets Aug 12, 2026 as Record Date for Final Dividend

KPIT Technologies Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors has approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Dr. Nirmala Pandit as an Additional and Non-Independent Non-Executive Director for a term of three years, effective July 29, 2026. Mr. Anant Talaulicar has been appointed as Chairman of the upcoming 9th Annual General Meeting. Additionally, Ms. Bhavna Doshi's reappointment as Independent Director for a second five-year term, from September 15, 2026, to September 14, 2031, was approved, subject to shareholder approval. The record date for the final dividend for FY 2025-26 has been set for Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
