KPIT Technologies to Acquire Caresoft’s Global Engineering Solutions Business, Aims for 4% Growth in FY26

KPIT Technologies Ltd. has approved the 100% acquisition of Caresoft’s Global Engineering Solutions Business. The acquisition is expected to contribute to around 4% growth in FY26. The acquisition will augment KPIT’s growth in the Trucks and Off-highway segment, boost value creation for KPIT clients with full vehicle cost reduction solutions, enhance KPIT’s manufacturing engineering solutions portfolio, and accelerate KPIT’s foray into the China Market. The overall business environment is uncertain due to rising geopolitical concerns and ambiguity around the overall tariff scenario. The pipeline is strong but conversions are slower than expected. The ramp-ups for the wins are progressing at a slower pace than anticipated. There will be no one-time gains in Q1FY26 and there will be some additional deficits in other income due to the sudden movement in forex rates.
