
K.P.R. Mill Approves ₹1,225 Cr Expansion Plan
K.P.R. Mill Limited's Board of Directors has approved a comprehensive capacity expansion and modernization plan across its textile value chain, involving a total investment of ₹1,225 Crores. The plan includes greenfield projects such as a new Ready Made Garment manufacturing facility in Odisha with a capacity of 45 million garments per annum, a new processing factory in Perundurai, Coimbatore, and a new Sweater Manufacturing factory in Karumathampatti, Coimbatore. It also encompasses modernization and expansion of knitted fabric facilities and spinning mill units in Coimbatore. The company expects these projects to generate an additional turnover of approximately ₹2,000 Crores and will be funded entirely through internal accruals.
