K.P.R. Mill Limited has announced that its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be conducted on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 02:30 PM IST. The meeting will be held through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). In line with SEBI regulations, the company is providing a remote e-voting facility for its members. The record date for determining eligibility for voting and dividend has been set as July 20, 2026. This intimation is made as per Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
