K&R Rail Engineering Appoints Manoj Kumar Jha as Whole Time Director and CEO

K&R Rail Engineering Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Manoj Kumar Jha as an Additional Executive Director and CEO, effective August 20, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Jha brings over 25 years of experience in Railway Infrastructure, Business Development, Signal & Telecom, and Project Management. He holds a B.Sc. Physics (Honours) from Lalit Narayan Mithila University. Concurrently, Mr. Amit Bansal has resigned from his positions as Whole Time Director and CEO, with his resignation effective August 20, 2026, due to health issues. Mr. Jha is not related to any existing directors or KMPs and does not hold any company shares.
