K&R Rail Engineering Appoints New Whole Time Director, CEO

K&R Rail Engineering Ltd announced changes in its board composition. Mr. Amit Bansal has resigned from his position as Whole Time Director and CEO, effective August 20, 2026, due to health issues. Concurrently, Mr. Manoj Kumar Jha has been appointed as an Additional Executive Director and CEO, effective August 20, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Jha brings over 25 years of experience in railway infrastructure, business development, signal & telecom, and project management. He is not related to any existing directors or promoters and does not currently hold any shares in the company.
