Kranti Industries to Disinvest 15.22% Stake in Subsidiary Preciso Metall

Kranti Industries Ltd. has announced its decision to disinvest up to 10,00,000 equity shares of ₹10/- each, representing 15.22% of the paid-up share capital of Preciso Metall Private Limited, its subsidiary. This disinvestment will result in Preciso Metall Private Limited ceasing to be a subsidiary of Kranti Industries. The decision was made at a Board of Directors meeting held on March 25, 2026. Preciso Metall Private Limited contributed 9.40% of the consolidated turnover and 4.58% of the consolidated net worth of Kranti Industries in the last financial year.
